Refund policy

Returns

It is the policy of Derwent and Dunne to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. If you are unhappy with your unused purchase please return it within 28 days along with your receipt for an exchange or refund, by the original method of payment.

To this end, it is our policy that we do not exchange or refund beverage items or gift cards, except where the item is faulty. Items must be returned in their original packaging and must be complete.

Your statutory rights will not be affected.

If the item is damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you provided you return the damaged item to us within 30 days of delivery. This is the same as with incorrectly sent items that were sent incorrectly on our behalf.

Before placing your order please make sure that everything is correct on the order before submitting in your basket, any orders that you have made that are incorrect will not be able to be amended or refunded once the item is shipped. If you have given us your email address, you can search the status of your item with the tracking link provided. All items are roasted to order and as such if you have ordered incorrectly we will not be able to provide a refund.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

By law, customers within the United Kingdom have the right to a 'cooling off period' within seven working days of their purchase being delivered. 

If you wish to cancel your order, items may be returned within 7 days and you must contact us by phone or email. Provided the item is unopened and in its original packaging, you will be entitled to a refund of the cost of the item, but not the delivery charge once the item is received by us, less any charges that apply. We do not refund courier costs.
