We will dispatch your order the same day for all orders placed before 12 noon. If order received after 12 noon, we will do our very best, but it may go the following day. Deliveries are 1-2 days after dispatch.

The Mountain Water Process is a decaffeination process which does not use chemicals, but uses pure water from mountains to gently remove the caffeine until the green coffee beans are 99.9% caffeine free. This process maintains the bean's distinctive origin and flavour characteristics.

Orders up to 2kg will be shipped via Royal Mail.
Orders between 2kg and 20 kg will be shipped via courier.
